All the focus and the narration of the up-coming local elections are premised and cemented on good strong political debate with candidates. East Wave Radio 92.2 Fm is leading the debate series in Lenasia for Wards 8,9 & 10. The station pulled together all the contesting candidates and their supporters, at the launch programme at the Civic Centre on July 9. The IEC demonstrated their plans to enable free and fair elections, also exhibiting a model version of typical voting station layout and how voters are to proceed on August 3.
