On Saturday, May 5, parents, activists and learners converged on Lenasia Secondary School (LSS) hall, for the Matric Dinner. LSS alumni were also present.
The importance of education was outlined by speakers, and learners were also encouraged to work hard throughout the year if they wanted to attain good grades, come end of the year.
LSS principal, Madam Munshi, highlighted some lessons which she deemed necessary for any learner who need to succeed in life, “You must have a vision in life. It is also important to know what you need in life and how to obtain. Join people who will nurture your vision, but most importantly those who are loyal to you.
